An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Manager within a busy prestigious Hotel Chain in Burford. This is the perfect chance to be a part of something special. They are looking to recruit a strong Assistant Manager with a professional approach, an eye for detail, a great people person to join this wonderful business in the Cotswolds

The successful AM will be a strong and driven individual and a hands on team player with the passion and ability to succeed. You must have excellent customer service great people skills, organisational and communication skills as well as demonstrating an ability with the following:

• Good stock management
• Cash handling and accountability
• Managing budgets and meeting financial targets
• Recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Develop and implement promotions and new streams of revenue
• Monitor Health & Safety and Food Hygiene compliance.
• Deputising for owner when not in the business
